When learning Karate, the student is not only taught self defense, but the practice itself also increases the student's self-esteem and confidence.
Karate is a martial art which contains aerobic and anaerobic exercises. It is an ideal way to maintain good physical condition and to feel healthy.

This course is a formal program that teaches Karate techniques to help increase the student's character development, concentration, and motor skills.
They will also learn strong self-defense and respect for themselves and others, all while improving their self-confidence.

ABOUT TAILOR-MADE KARATE DO PROGRAM
We strongly believe in the benefits of Karate beyond the Dojo. We believe that our experience in the program can have an impact in many distinct areas of our lives.
Currently, we are working and developing new programs with our colleagues of WSKF USA that differentiates us
from many other Karate organizations.
Our technique and experience on and off the tatami has driven us to obtain outstanding results in competition, anti-bullying
and emotional self-management skills.
